Shipping

We only deliver within Australia and New Zealand.

We send all orders within Australia via Australia Post Standard or Express Delivery Satchels or Star Track FPP, for all International orders you will receive via Australia Post Standard or Express. We provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order from dispatch right to your doorstep.

For all Tracking information please check your Customer Account or the Email that was sent to your registered email address upon confirmation of shipping.

Orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri will in a majority of cases be posted the same day. For orders placed after 2pm or on weekends shipping will take place the following business day. (payment must be received prior to shipping).

Occasionally we will need an extra day or two to ship certain items which are not held in stock.

You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. New Zealand and Australian rural areas may take a little longer.

A signature is required for all orders above $159 and we recommend using a work hours address for delivery.
 
If you are not in attendance when the parcel is being delivered, you will receive an Attempted Delivery Advice card which details how and when the parcel can be collected from your nearest Australia Post outlet.

Yes, we do deliver to PO Box addresses.
